• You are responsible for maintaining backups of your content
• You represent that you have the right to use and share your content

We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law, with or without notice.

The Service includes AI-powered features designed to assist with writing and editing. By using these features, you acknowledge:

• AI suggestions are generated algorithmically and may not always be accurate or appropriate
• You are responsible for reviewing and accepting or rejecting all AI suggestions
• Selected text may be sent to third-party AI providers for processing
• We do not use your content to train AI models
• AI features may not be available in all regions

The Service offers both free and paid subscription plans. For paid plans:

• Fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled
• You may cancel at any time; access continues until the billing period ends
• Refunds are provided in accordance with our refund policy
• We may change pricing with 30 days' notice
• Failed payments may result in service suspension

Free tier limitations apply as described on our pricing page. We reserve the right to modify free tier features at any time.

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Upon termination:

• Your access to the Service will be revoked
• You may export your content before termination
• We may retain certain data as required by law
• Paid subscriptions will not be prorated for early termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct we deem harmful.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months
• We are not responsible for data loss; you should maintain backups

• We will notify registered users via email
• Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance
